We can’t wait to welcome you through our studio doors. Below you’ll find everything you need to know before your first class.

What to expect

CHALLENGE

Our classes are fast-paced with a focus on strength-training using the reformer machine, as well elements of the Pilates burn and flow you may have seen before. You’ll work hard, and sweat…and maybe swear a little too.

No two classes are the same - our talented trainers design and programme each and every class themselves, so expect to see a range of movements with layered options, challenging everyone from first timers to reformer veterans.

Bookings

The best way to manage your bookings is via our app. Book ahead as our classes fill up quickly! Add yourself to the waitlist if your preferred time is full and you’ll receive a text and email to let you know if you’ve been added to the class.

Make sure you turn up for the classes you book - if you can't make it, please cancel out to give someone else the opportunity to move with us. Cancel with at least 8 hours notice and receive the credit back to your pack, less than 8 hours notice and the credit is forfeited.

What to bring

Yourself, a drink bottle and wear some comfy activewear. If you like to have a sweat towel when you work out, bring one along.

For safety and hygiene reasons grip socks are compulsory. If you don’t have any we have these available to purchase in-studio.
