What to expect

Our classes are fast-paced, body burning and designed to push you and your muscles to your limits so that you can reach your goals faster.
VARIETY
No two classes are the same - our instructors design each and every class themselves, so expect to see a huge range of movements with layered options, challenging everyone from first timers to pro-athletes.
RESULTS
Be prepared to feel and notice the difference. Strength, tone, posture, endurance - our classes are designed to get you moving, feeling and looking your best.

Expires two weeks from first class booked.
Bookings
Book classes online here or through the app. Book ahead as our classes fill up quickly! Add yourself to the waitlist if your preferred time is full and we’ll let you know if a space comes up.
Make sure you turn up for the classes you book - if you can't make it, please cancel at least 8 hours before the start of class to avoid losing the class from your pass.
What to bring
Wear some comfy activewear and bring along a drink bottle.
For safety and hygiene reasons grip socks are compulsory. If you don’t have any we have these available to purchase in-studio.
